Kamalika Guha Thakurta

Founder–Director, Artscape

A performer for over three decades across television, film, and theatre, Kamalika is also a trained Odissi dancer and a devoted admirer of Tagore’s artistic philosophy. She founded Artscape in 2016 with a vision to use the arts as tools for healing and growth. A Diploma holder in Dance Movement Therapy from TISS, Mumbai, she designs programs for diverse communities, supported by a committed network of facilitators and partners.

Ravikant Upadhyay

Manager, Admin & Finance

Known for his humility and dedication, Ravikant has been associated with Artscape since its initial stages. From handling data to accounts, he looks after the operations and keeps our functioning smooth. He believes that whichever work one chooses to do, one should put their heart and soul into it.

Manaswini Venkateswaran

Associate Program Manager

Manaswini is a development sector professional with an MA in Psychology and 4+ years of experience in managing multi-stakeholder programs across a variety of causes. She is responsible for end-to-end program implementation across all of Artscape’s verticals.

Ratnesh Tiwari

Associate Manager, Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships.

Ratnesh has a Masters degree in Accounting & Finance. At Artscape, he is responsible for initiating and formalising corporate partnerships for programs and fund raising.

Facilitators

Sejal Bhatt Paleja

Dance Movement Therapy Facilitator

Sejal is a Dance Movement Therapist, choreographer, and creative director who creates spaces for healing, expression, and joy. She serves as Visiting Faculty at TISS (DDMT) and Shiamak’s OYP, and is also a Play for Peace Facilitator, using movement to build connection and resilience.

Aishani Shah

Dance Movement Therapy Facilitator

A Bharatanatyam dancer, EFT practitioner, and Dance Movement Therapist, Aishani has over a decade of experience working with children and adults. She blends movement, creativity, and emotional tools to support healing, self-expression, and personal transformation.

Atteet Bhandari

Drama Therapy Facilitator

A graduate of the National School of Drama (NSD), Delhi, Atteet has been with Artscape since 2016. She facilitates drama therapy across key programs, with a special focus on children and adolescents, using theatre to build confidence, emotional awareness, and self-expression.

Georit George

Dance Movement Therapist & Yoga Therapist

With training in Dance Movement Therapy (TISS), yoga, and social work, Georit works at the intersection of movement and mental well-being. He has supported diverse groups, including cancer patients and individuals in correctional settings, and contributes to curriculum development in trauma healing and resilience.
